
Helping Hand is a program in which ALCHEMIST helps those that help others by provides marketing and creative services to nonprofit organizations. Simply put, ALCHEMIST dedicates time and resources to give Alabama nonprofits access to professional marketing materials they otherwise would not be able to afford on a pro bono or discounted basis. We select a handful of organizations from a pool of applicants based on the type of project requested, the mission of the organization and the degree of need. Projects range from identity development, brochures, radio and television PSAs, to direct mail, marketing planning and much more. Our objective in doing this is to give nonprofits the marketing and advertising materials they otherwise cannot afford.
Applying to Helping Hand is simple. If you are a business or civic 501(c)3 nonprofit business, download a PDF application. Helping Hand nonprofit applications are typically mailed in February with a return deadline one month later. Once ALCHEMIST reviews the applications and selects the Helping Hand nonprofits, we notify you by letter whether or not your organization is invited to participate in HelpingHand for that year.
